These terms govern your use of auricresearch.com and the Auric daily portfolio brief email service, operated by Auric Research (“Auric,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Auric provides a personalized daily email brief that analyzes precious metals alongside your selected stocks and ETFs. The brief is generated using quantitative models and AI-assisted synthesis.

Not Financial Advice

Auric content is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in our emails or on our website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Always verify data with your broker.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all market data, prices, or analysis in our briefs is error-free. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete. Our AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Do not rely solely on Auric content for trading decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content generated by Auric, including daily briefs, analysis, and website content, is the property of Auric Research. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Auric is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of our service or reliance on our content.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. This will cancel your subscription, remove your data from our systems, and delete your authentication credentials.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
